Flying Fifteen International 16th World Championship How to Enter

Boat Letters and Number______________    

1    PLEASE make sure that the boat number is on everything you send to us.

2    If you intend to qualify in the pre-worlds pay €350, we will collect a further €50 when you qualify

3    Parties with no non sailing members

      Please fill in the Entry Form, the Payment Form and, if you wish to come, the Sea Food Dinner Form

4    Parties with some non sailing members

Please fill in all the above forms and the Evening Events Form and the Daytime Events Form and this form and then send them all to the address on the entry form 

Also - for security reasons -  please list below all the non sailors - with date of arrival if after 4/6/07 and with ages if they are under 16.

      Please put a * by all those coming to the Championship dinner on the 15th June
